Refund Policy
Refund reviews depend on service usage, delivery status, product type, and whether support had a chance to resolve the issue first.
Custom, consumed, or actively used digital services may not qualify for a refund once operational value has already been delivered.
If something goes wrong, contact support with the relevant order details before opening disputes or chargebacks.
The DINO MMO team may offer credits, replacements, partial refunds, or direct fixes depending on the case.
